Attic conversion


This very large attic space (110sqm) had an existing partial conversion. Access was tight via the small enclosed stair.

The entire existing conversion was demolished apart from the double dormer window

The bathroom needed updating and a toilet fitting

This unconverted space has now been converted into a new bedroom and bathroom. The chimney had to be taken down and re-positioned to meet regulations

Once opened up 5 new Velux windows were fitted and the room sizes and layout were agreed upon by laying out the floor plates and fitting some studs to try to get an impression of the finished room proportions
