building company with vast experience in all aspects of renovation and
construction in south west France. Set up by Charles Fleming in 1992 the
company works in the north Dordogne, southern Haute
Vienne (87), western Correze (19) and the north western Lot
(46) (see working area map).

comprehensive renovation and construction service with all the trades,

All contracts are
fully managed ensuring that the work is carried out in the correct
sequence and without delays. There are no additional fees for project management.
We concentrate on one contract at
a time and always meet agreed deadlines and work within the budget.
We are TVA (VAT) registered which
means most renovation work benefits from the
lower rate of TVA, in place of 19.6%, on both materials and
labour.

planning regulations and provide a full planning application service
including drawing plans.
